There
has been some questions from out clients regarding a competitor using
our logo. its true that they have virtually copied our design but they
can't copy our service. we provide a safe pick up location for
Canadians. at our facility you can't smash and grab like the competitors
location. we have free parking and we don't want all that personal info
that they want. unlike the others we are not just open for Christmas
then closing up shop. we are a year round business. just do a Google
search on our reviews. there is a reason why we have over 1500
customers. happy shopping!
Detroit mailbox is a great idea and I use it regular basis. However , when they expanded to another room leaving the receiving clerk in charge the entire customer service got lost in the mail!!!
ReplyDeleteThere is no management to monitor or witness the poor attitude you may receive which seems to depend on his day. One feels like you are bothering him whenpicking up your mail. I usewd to get my items in a timely fashion but now even on confirmed delivery it is not there or really not in correct place.
Its to bad as the owners are excellent. I will still use it but with caution not to expect my items for any rush.
I hope they get someone to manage the daily activities or change up the clerks....
